https://d-proxy.pages.dev/api/webhooks/WEBHOOK_ID/WEBHOOK_TOKEN/queue

Use a different ID and token for each webhook. No webhook secret needs to be configured.

/queue waits and retries short Discord rate limits during the request. If Discord remains busy, retry according to the returned Retry-After header. Queues are not stored after a restart.
